Melted iron

This is a foundry that makes diesel engine parts. The workers pour scrap iron, the raw material melted at a high temperature of 1,600℃, into sand molds. They have the skill to do it with amazing speed and accuracy. In spite of handling iron so hot, they are surprisingly casually dressed. They do not even wear gloves—only beach sandals. Somehow, they seem to be enjoying this hazardous work.
