Colorful ethnic costumes
Women of the Garasian tribe, a minority in southern Rajasthan, wear very colorful ethnic costumes as everyday clothes. They dress this way not just for special, festive occasions, but also for work in brick factories. Carrying many heavy bricks balanced on the tops of their heads under harsh sunlight is tough physical labor even for men.
